3-A-Day of Dairy is a deliciously easy and wholesome way for families to help meet their calcium needs and together pack a powerful punch of eight additional nutrients including potassium, phosphorus, protein, vitamins D, A, B12, riboflavin and niacin (niacin equivalents) needed for stronger bones and better bodies.  3-A-Day of Dairy is as easy as 1-2-3:

1) Look for the 3-A-Day logo on milk, cheese and yogurt products showing they are an excellent source of calcium.

2) Eat your favorite flavors of great-tasting milk, snackable cheeses, and portable yogurt for stronger bones and better bodies.

3) Take a "3 p.m. Break" every day.  Use this time as a reminder to tally your daily dairy servings.  If you find you’re falling short, it’s a good time to work in another one.
